What is spiritual life coaching, and how can it help me?

Do you have an unexplainable urge to reach beyond the limits of ordinary human existence and discover higher values in yourself?

My spiritual life coaching sessions explore your beliefs and your sense of peace, love, and wholeness in your search for deeper meaning and purpose. They focus on transcending limiting beliefs and developing inner resources to bring more freedom and authenticity to your life. It’s a process of looking inward rather than outward for your guidance. Above all, it means becoming a more compassionate human being. I hold a nurturing space and guide you to gain insight and clarity on living in alignment with your truth.

What is a heart-centered approach?

It’s an approach that focuses on living from the heart and making choices aligned with your authenticity, integrity, wisdom, and intuition. 

Do you offer in-person sessions?
No. All sessions are online and hosted with Zoom. 


What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe the feeling of being hypnotized as being in a mentally and physically relaxed state. It's a state of expanded consciousness and heightened focus. You remain conscious during the session. You will never experience the hypnosis portrayed in the media that is highly exaggerated for entertainment.

What is a typical session like?
Each session lasts 90 minutes. A typical session is structured into two parts. The 1st part: we explore, learn, and address your current concerns. The 2nd part: we journey into your subconscious with Hypnosis and Guided Imagery


How long do we work together?

Personal transformation requires a concentrated effort on a consistent basis to develop meaningful changes. Your commitment and dedication make a significant difference. Some people benefit from a short-term process, while others thrive with ongoing support. Everyone is unique and has different goals.  I recommend a weekly session for 4 months minimum for new clients who are interested in doing inner work. We end our sessions once you have a good grasp on the issues you set out to work on and can independently make progress. You can then schedule single sessions as needed to sustain your progress and stay on track. 

How do I reserve my sessions after our consultation?
A payment link will be sent to you after we set up a time to work together. You need to make a payment within 24 hours of receiving the link to reserve your weekly session.

I believe in universal consciousness and the wisdom of the heart. I am not aligned with any particular religion or tradition. I provide equality of services and care to everyone, regardless of people’s gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, or belief.
