I am committed to utilizing all my skills to help you, and you have my assurance of respect, professionalism, and full integrity. I will use best practices at all times in our mutual interest.
All contact, including sessions, telephone conversations, and emails, will be conducted in confidence except in the following circumstances:
1. Abuse and/or neglect of a child, elderly or disabled person are suspected.
2. The possibility of harm to yourself or others exists.
3. In cases of fraud or crime or a subpoena by a court of law has been issued.
4. Where you give written permission for confidentiality to be broken.
5. When minors (under 18 years old) are involved.
Recordings of any kind (audio, video, still photography, etc.) are not permitted during sessions and workshops.
Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancelations
A payment link will be sent to you after we set up a time to work together. You need to make a payment within 24 hours of receiving the link to reserve your session. Rescheduling must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice, or you will be responsible for the full payment of the session. Cancelations received with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancelations with less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance at sessions will not receive a refund.
Please arrive on time for your sessions. If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, this will count as a non-attendance.
