"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us." - Joseph Campbell
My Story
Surrender
An existential crisis led me on a journey of meditation and self-inquiry some years back. I was a burnout working in art direction and photography. I was searching for meaning and purpose in a consumerist society. It was increasingly hard to connect with myself and the world around me. Around that time, I also realized how unhealed emotional wounds and limiting self-beliefs kept me stuck in unhealthy cycles.
What appeared as a low point of my life turned out to be the beginning of a journey within. My daily meditation practice helped me step outside myself. I began the process of stripping away layers of societal, cultural, and ancestral conditioning that had masked my authentic self. It was a challenging period filled with fear, anxiety, and heartache. I had to learn to let go of control and surrender to life. I turned towards my pain, dived into my shadows, and began a period of self-healing. I traded self-loathing for self-acceptance, and grace poured in. The universe took away my old life but gave me a new one better than anything I could imagine for myself.
Wholeness
Wholeness can't be found out there; it can only be reclaimed within. Strength and wisdom grow when we process past traumas and integrate our shadows. We find freedom and authenticity when we let go of limiting beliefs and allow ourselves to live in alignment with our hearts. Healing and self-evolution go hand in hand. The more we heal, the more we expand our capacity to experience peace, love, and contentment.
My Influences & Training
I am influenced by Buddhist & Taoist philosophy and teachers like Thich Nhat Hanh, Adyashanti, Ram Dass, and Tara Brach. Along my path, I discovered the joy of serving others on their journeys of self-discovery. I am grateful for my teachers and the opportunity to share my learning.
My training includes Vipassana Meditation, Zen Meditation, Ericksonian Hypnosis Master Practitioner program, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Crisis Negotiation, the Chakra System, Energy Anatomy, Vocal Toning, and Bachelor of Fine Arts program from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC). Life is a great teacher. I continue to learn from my challenges and meet them with awareness and compassion.

My Intention & Perspective
I Guide You to Guide Yourself
My intention is to guide you to discover your authentic self and find greater healing, self-compassion, and inner wisdom. I aim to help you transcend limiting beliefs and develop inner resources to bring more freedom and joy to your life.
Our Lives Are Speaking to Us
I believe our intention creates our reality. Our lives are reflections of our internal states. We can look at a repeating, undesirable theme we experience as a messenger, bringing great insights into how we think and feel. We can use this theme to understand our inner self and begin empowering ourselves by making necessary changes within.
If we don’t like the recurring theme we experience in our lives, we have to heal aspects of ourselves that create these undesired outcomes.
Release, Heal & Transform
Our souls are here to learn. The same lesson keeps on showing up until we have learned it. We prolong our pain when we resist change. Our suffering is like an invitation from the universe for us to transform. If we look at our challenges from an egoic perspective, we feel victimized. If we see our challenges as a call to transform ourselves, we can wake up to our meaning and purpose. Many limiting beliefs and negative emotions are the results of past hurts. Adopting a self-loving perspective and transcending negative core values are integral to healing our mind, body, and spirit.
I believe in universal consciousness and the wisdom of the heart. I am not aligned with any particular religion or tradition. I provide equality of services and care to everyone, regardless of people’s gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, or belief.
