Terms & Condition
How we honor the space between us
6. Boundaries
To uphold the integrity of this work, I maintain clear professional boundaries and avoid dual relationships. This protects the clarity, focus, and safety of our space.
7. Intellectual property
All concepts, methods, and practices shared during our sessions are my intellectual property. They are for your personal use and may not be used or shared commercially without written consent.
Governing Law & updates to terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York and is intended for clients engaging in services under those terms. These terms may evolve over time to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. If any significant updates are made, you’ll be notified in writing.

This work is relational, presence-based, and rooted in care. I take the integrity of this space seriously. These terms exist to support a respectful, steady, and well-held foundation for the process we’ll share.
4. Privacy
To support emotional safety and presence, I don’t allow recordings of any kind, including audio, video, or photos. This helps keep our sessions private and grounded in real presence.
Any communication between sessions, including emails and messages, is also treated with care and confidentiality.
1. My commitment to you
I am committed to bringing all my skills and presence to support your process. You have my assurance of respect, professionalism, and full integrity. I draw on my training, lived experience, and attunement to create a steady, grounded space where what’s held back can emerge safely. I also uphold best practices to protect the quality of our work together.
2. Scope of practice
• I am not a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychotherapist. I do not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, and the services I offer are not a substitute for therapy or licensed health care.
• This work is designed to support self-awareness, emotional connection, and personal insight, not to replace licensed medical or psychological treatment.
• Nothing we explore in our sessions, whether reflections, practices, or suggestions, is intended as medical or psychological advice or a substitute for care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
• You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek appropriate support for any past, current, or suspected health conditions and to stay in communication with those providers about your care.
3. Confidentiality
Everything you share, including sessions, telephone conversations, and emails, is held in confidence, except in cases where there is a legal obligation or safety concern:
• Clear risk of harm to yourself or others
• Disclosure of ongoing child or elder abuse
• Legal subpoena
In these situations, I may be required by law to take appropriate action. If disclosure is necessary, I will do my best to inform you first, unless legally prohibited.
5. Scheduling & payment policies
• I offer a three-month container that includes 12 one-on-one sessions held on Zoom, designed to take place weekly to support the depth and inner change this work makes possible. You’re welcome to begin with a first session before deciding whether to continue. If you choose to move forward, that session counts as your first and the cost is applied toward the full fee.
• Sessions are held on the same day and time each week to create a steady foundation and supportive structure for this work.
• This journey must be completed within 16 weeks of your first session.
• You can skip up to two sessions if you give at least 48 hours’ notice by email.
• If your session falls on a U.S. federal holiday, that week will be skipped automatically and won’t count as one of your two skips.
• You may discontinue at any time; however, all sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Please arrive on time. I offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session is forfeited if you haven’t joined or contacted me by email.
• Full payment is due before the journey begins. Payment details are provided in the payment link prior to booking.
• This container is held just for you. Your steady presence helps keep the depth and momentum of the work intact.
