Do you offer in-person sessions?
No. All sessions are online and hosted with Zoom. 


How long is each session? What is a typical session like?
Each session lasts 90 minutes. I hold a nurturing and supportive space for you to explore your inner self and process your emotions. A typical session is structured into two parts. The 1st part: Introspection and self-awareness. The 2nd part: Journey into the subconscious.

 

What is a heart-centered approach?

It’s an approach that entrusts the wisdom of the heart to guide us to wholeness. It means living from the heart and making choices aligned with our purpose, value, and intuition. 
 

Can you help me get rid of bad habits?

My passion is to guide you to connect, love, and empower the part of you that hangs on to an unhealthy coping mechanism. Our energy goes to whatever we put our focus on. Quitting bad habits isn’t the focus; the focus is reclaiming wholeness. It’s common to get rid of one bad habit only to pick up another. Instead of focusing on quitting a bad habit, I guide you to replace it with a new, self-loving one. 
 

How often do we work together?

Personal growth requires a concentrated effort on a consistent basis to develop meaningful changes. Your commitment and dedication make a big difference. Some people benefit from a short-term process, while others thrive with ongoing support and connection. Everyone is unique and has different goals. A weekly session is recommended in the beginning. A biweekly session is recommended once you have a good grasp on the issues you set out to work on. We end our session once you feel you can independently make progress.

What does hypnosis feel like?

Most people describe the feeling of being hypnotized as being in a mentally and physically relaxed state. It's a state of expanded consciousness and heightened focus. You remain conscious during the session. You will never experience the kind of hypnosis portrayed in the media that is highly exaggerated for entertainment purposes.

How do I reserve my sessions?
A payment link will be sent to you after we set up a time to work together. You need to make a payment within 24 hours of receiving the link to reserve your session.

Do you offer a sliding scale?
Yes, I offer a sliding scale for those with financial needs. Please email me for more information.
